1- Shopping

Online purchases are processed from Monday to Friday until 11:00 a.m. and will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed after these hours or on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, will be processed at the beginning of business activities.

Availability of products: Our website has an online stock. This means that the products added to the shopping cart are the ones that are available. 2- Shipping

We make shipments by Chilexpress to the whole country. At the time of processing your order we will contact you requesting RUT and telephone number to make the dispatch. The Courier requires it in order to make the shipment. An email will be sent to you at the time your order has been dispatched with the associated number so that you can do the corresponding tracking.

You also have the option of making the withdrawal of your purchase in our offices, in the same way, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to be withdrawn.

Home delivery schedules:

3- Tracking

4- Forms of Payment

5- Security and Privacy

Our website does not store any data from your credit or debit cards for online commerce, since the entire transaction is carried out through WepPay Plus, avoiding possible fraud and supporting the absolute privacy of your data.

6- Changes and Returns

You must consider that, in order to make an exchange or return, the product must be new, unused, in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all its components, accessories, manuals and labels attached to it. Check the product carefully, avoid scratching it or generating any type of mark that indicates that the product was used. It is very important that you take these recommendations into account, since if the product shows signs of use or mistreatment, the exchange or return will not proceed.

To make a change or return you must:

6.1- Change of product

If you want to make a change in size, color or simply change your product for another, you have 90 days to do so with your purchase receipt.

6.2- Returns

Right of withdrawal: We understand that when buying online the product may not meet your expectations, if so, you have 10 calendar days from when you received the product to request a refund. 7- Guarantees

All products purchased on our website have a legal guarantee of 90 days from the date of receipt. If eventually a new product has manufacturing or material defects within this period, you have the option to choose between changing the product, a repair or a refund of the money you paid for it.

The maximum term for resolution by the company is 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product.

The products must be sent clean in order to be checked.

Modified or altered products will not be accepted as collateral.

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover damage from accidents, poor care, improper use or normal wear and tear during the life of the product.
