TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE PURCHASES

Below are the terms and conditions of online sales page www.atacamarides.com

1- Shopping

Online purchases are processed from Monday to Friday until 11:00 a.m. and will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed after these hours or on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, will be processed at the beginning of business activities.

Availability of products: Our website has an online stock. This means that the products added to the shopping cart are the ones that are available. In the event of a stock outage, we will contact the buyer. We will notify you as soon as possible and you can request a change, a refund or, if you prefer, wait for the product to be available again.

2- Shipping

We make shipments by Chilexpress to the whole country. At the time of processing your order we will contact you requesting RUT and telephone number to make the dispatch. The Courier requires it in order to make the shipment. An email will be sent to you at the time your order has been dispatched with the associated number so that you can do the corresponding tracking.

You also have the option of making the withdrawal of your purchase in our offices, in the same way, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to be withdrawn.

There are places we can't ship to because the shipping companies don't arrive. If you are in a very isolated place, it is your responsibility to find out the coverage. It is very important that when registering you include a contact number because, if the system does not validate the shipping address, we can contact you at the moment to change the address or send to the office and thus not delay the dispatch.

We do not ship merchandise to addresses without a number. It is important to include zip code in the application data. This information corroborates the shipping address.

Home delivery schedules:

Chilexpress: Monday to Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Delivery attempts: Chilexpress makes two home delivery attempts. If after these attempts the product is not delivered, it will be returned to the sender. The cost of a new dispatch must be paid by the client.

Important: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an address where there are people to receive the package during delivery hours. If you are not sure that someone can receive your purchase, you can request delivery to an office of the transport company.

Delivery times: The delivery time is counted in business days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded) and begins to run from the time your payment is confirmed, not necessarily the same day of purchase.

The estimated time it will take for the parcel to arrive will depend on the transport company and your geographical location.

If you request the shipment to an office of the transport company, you have a period established by it to withdraw the package (Chilexpress: 5 business days), once this period has expired the transport company will return the parcel to Atacama Rides) The cost of a new shipment must be canceled by the customer.

We do not ship outside the country. You can make the purchase from abroad and request a national office or pick up at the office by the registered person.

In case another person withdraws. You must send the name and RUT of the authorized person, this person must be duly identified at the time of withdrawal to confirm the information.

3- Tracking

It must be taken into account that, in order to track the parcel, it must first be received and processed in the distribution center of the transport company, which could take up to 5 hours from the moment you receive the Order No. of Transportation.

4- Forms of Payment

WebPay Plus: Our site is affiliated with Transbank with the WebPay Plus system as a means of payment that ensures the security of purchases with credit and debit cards.

Electronic Transfer or Bank Deposit: When choosing this payment option, the company's account information will be attached. Do not forget to send the receipt of the transaction to contacto@atacamarides.com

Orders made with this payment method have 3 days to be paid, otherwise the order will be canceled, notifying you via email.

5- Security and Privacy

Our website does not store any data from your credit or debit cards for online commerce, since the entire transaction is carried out through WepPay Plus, avoiding possible fraud and supporting the absolute privacy of your data.

6- Changes and Returns

You must consider that, in order to make an exchange or return, the product must be new, unused, in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all its components, accessories, manuals and labels attached to it. Check the product carefully, avoid scratching it or generating any type of mark that indicates that the product was used. It is very important that you take these recommendations into account, since if the product shows signs of use or mistreatment, the exchange or return will not proceed.

To make a change or return you must:

Attach the original ticket that was sent with your order.

The product cannot have been used.

The product may have been opened, but it must be in its complete original packaging, with labels attached to it and in perfect condition.

6.1- Change of product

If you want to make a change in size, color or simply change your product for another, you have 90 days to do so with your purchase receipt.

Changes are subject to availability, which you can review online on our website.

You will not pay any shipping cost in the following cases:

If the product received does not correspond to the published

If you received a product that was damaged in transit.

If the product received was not the one you purchased.

6.2- Returns

Right of withdrawal: We understand that when buying online the product may not meet your expectations, if so, you have 10 calendar days from when you received the product to request a refund. The shipping costs will be on your own and if there are costs for the original dispatch; these will not be returned.

How do I make an exchange or return?

You can send the product back to us at your cost in the transport company of your choice, the ticket must be attached and the original packaging must be complete and in perfect condition. In case of change, you can write an email to contacto@atacamarides.com, specifying which product you want to change.

The shipment must be made in the name of Atacama Rides Ltda 76.454.356-3. address: Rapallo 4252 apartment A, Las Condes, Santiago.

It is important that you declare the price of what you are sending so that the transport company responds in the fortuitous event that the package is lost. In some cases they could ask for the ticket that proves the declared amount. We recommend that you make a copy of the ballot and attach it to the outside of the package.

Important:

In the case of changes, shipping costs are shared. That is, you send us the product at your cost and we pay the return shipping. If a second change is made, the cost of both shipments is at your own expense.

How do you refund my money in case of a return?

The time is 5 business days after receiving the returned product(s), after verification that all the requirements mentioned above in point 6 are met.

If everything is in order, we make the return via transfer. We will contact you requesting the following information:

Recipient's name.

RUT.

Bank.

Account type.

Account No.

Email.

7- Guarantees

All products purchased on our website have a legal guarantee of 90 days from the date of receipt. If eventually a new product has manufacturing or material defects within this period, you have the option to choose between changing the product, a repair or a refund of the money you paid for it.

Some brands have a special manufacturer's guarantee, whose term will prevail if it is longer than the legal guarantee. In this case, the guarantee will be enforced according to the policies of each manufacturer.

All guarantees go through a technical review to determine if the failure corresponds to manufacturing or material defects and not to a particular accident, improper care, misuse of the product, etc.

The maximum term for resolution by the company is 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product.

The products must be sent clean in order to be checked.

Modified or altered products will not be accepted as collateral.

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover damage from accidents, poor care, improper use or normal wear and tear during the life of the product.
