Returns & Exchanges

You must consider that, in order to make an exchange or return, the product must be new, unused, in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all its components, accessories, manuals and labels attached to it. Check the product carefully, avoid scratching it or generating any type of mark that indicates that the product was used. It is very important that you take these recommendations into account, since if the product shows signs of use or mistreatment, the exchange or return will not proceed.

To make a change or return you must:

Attach the original ticket that was sent with your order.

The product cannot have been used.

The product may have been opened, but it must be in its complete original packaging, with labels attached to it and in perfect condition.

If you want to make a change in size, color or simply change your product for another, you have 90 days to do so with your purchase receipt.

Changes are subject to availability, which you can review online on our website.

You will not pay any shipping cost in the following cases:

If the product received does not correspond to the published

If you received a product that was damaged in transit.

If the product received was not the one you purchased.


Right of withdrawal: We understand that when buying online the product may not meet your expectations, if so, you have 10 calendar days from when you received the product to request a refund. The shipping costs will be on your own and if there are costs for the original dispatch; these will not be returned.

How do I make an exchange or return?

You can send the product back to us at your cost in the transport company of your choice, the ticket must be attached and the original packaging must be complete and in perfect condition. In case of change, you can write an email to, specifying which product you want to change.

It is important that you declare the price of what you are sending so that the transport company responds in the fortuitous event that the package is lost. In the case of changes, shipping costs are shared. That is, you send us the product at your cost and we pay the return shipping. If a second change is made, the cost of both shipments is at your own expense.

How do you refund my money in case of a return?

The time is 5 business days after receiving the returned product(s), after verification that all the requirements mentioned above in point 6 are met.

All products purchased on our website have a legal guarantee of 90 days from the date of receipt. If eventually a new product has manufacturing or material defects within this period, you have the option to choose between changing the product, a repair or a refund of the money you paid for it.

Some brands have a special manufacturer's guarantee, whose term will prevail if it is longer than the legal guarantee. In this case, the guarantee will be enforced according to the policies of each manufacturer.

All guarantees go through a technical review to determine if the failure corresponds to manufacturing or material defects and not to a particular accident, improper care, misuse of the product, etc.

The maximum term for resolution by the company is 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product.

The products must be sent clean in order to be checked.

Modified or altered products will not be accepted as collateral.

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover damage from accidents, poor care, improper use or normal wear and tear during the life of the product.
